Hero MotoCorp is the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer, feeling the heat of the million after monthly sales dropped by 50.83 percent. The company sold 183,044 two-wheeled units in May 2021 which is 62.44 percent more than the sales of 112,682 units in May 2020 and 50.83 percent less than 372,285 units sold in April 2021. Hero MotoCorp says sales for May 2021 were canceled. of plant activity due to the increase in the spread of Coronavirus in the country. The company stopped working hard at all its production facilities across the country on April 22. Three plants - in Gurugram, Haridwar and Dharuhera - resumed operations on May 17, followed by three others in Nemrana, Halol and Chittoor on May 24.

Hero exported 178,076 motorcycles and 4,338 scooters in May 2021 which is an increase of 68 percent and a decrease of 34.71 percent respectively in May 2020. Hero reported sales of 339,329 motorcycle units and scooter units 32,216 in April. very numerical terms. The company sold a total of 159,561 units in the country in May 2021 which is 46.59 percent more than the 108,848 units sold in May 2020. Exports were 23,483 units in May 2021 and an increase of 512.49 percent over 32,034 units sold. Hero sold 342,614 units in the domestic market and also shipped 29,671 units by April 2021. The difference in April 2021 and May 2021 home sales figures is 53.43 percent.

Considering this situation, Hero says the May 2021 sales price is not the same as May 2020 or April 2021. Normal purchases in May 2020 have been slow so unusual growth is one thing. The monthly figures give a true picture and suggest that the company lost ground in May 2021 due to small closures in many parts of the country and a temporary suspension of production on all crops. Hero said he would continue to monitor the situation closely and would develop production that gradually doubled.
